Week 1: Shading Scales

 

It was nice to get to play with the pencils a bit and see how they transferred to paper. This was my most frustrating assignment this week. I struggled to make my pencil blend in evenly on the page and in the end was not totally satisfied with the texture. Its crazy how much of a difference in darkness there was between the two pencils.
